Will not return. Attention to detail in bathroom is atrocious, they advertise a full DSTV package but it is all series, which meant nothing as the TV froze and we gave up. My wife stepped into the shower and immediately she was wet, which in itself was not easy as the shower rose sprays about 6 little streams of water in so many directions one gets a good workout just trying to get the water to hit your body!...... and then the water stopped altogether. A freezing unhappy wife on our anniversary was not meant to be part of the package. The young lady resolved the issue by changing from borehole to mains water..... and then proceeded to tell me it was because the water pump on the borehole does not work during load shedding. Load shedding started at 16.00 and we checked in at about 16.45...... did no one in all that time think to change the water over..... load shedding is not exactly a new phenomenon in our country. I think the owners and management need to take a good hard look at the finer detail in what they are offering. I am sending Victoria and Alfred Hotel with these and the other things we found simply unacceptable given we were paying R1 000.00 for just the room.
