Beschreibung
Auf der Travalia Guest Farm sind wir stolz auf unsere saubere und komfortable Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Die Farm liegt günstig an der N1 bei Three Sisters, in der Nähe von Beaufort West, Victoria West, Murraysburg und Richmond. Es ist nur 500 m von der N1 und 1 km südlich der Shell Ultra City bei Three Sisters.
Urlauber und Urlauber können, ohne zu zögern, in Travalia buchen, denn ein exzellenter Service, ein sauberes und komfortables Bett mit einem warmen Bad oder Dusche ist unsere Garantie. Es liegt auf einem Bauernhof mit einer sehr friedlichen Atmosphäre, schönen Gärten, grünen Wiesen und einem Spielpark für aktive Kinder.
Unterkunft
Jedes unserer 25 geräumigen Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage, TV, Kühlschrank, Tee-und Kaffeekocher ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind nur auf einem Bett verfügbar. Einige Zimmer und das Cottage bieten Einrichtungen zur Selbstverpflegung.

Essen
Schmackhafte Gerichte gibt es in Form von Braai-Packungen, bestehend aus Karoo-Lammkoteletts und Würstchen oder traditionellen Gerichten. Braai Brot ist auch für Kunden und die Bereitstellung von Holz gemacht. Die Travalia Guest Farm ist voll lizenziert und kühle Getränke, Bierweine usw. sind an der Hauptrezeption erhältlich. Frühstück und andere landwirtschaftliche Produkte werden im Hofladen verkauft.
Über den Bauernhof
Um die Atmosphäre des Bauernhofs zu erhalten, wurde ein Damm auf dem Bauernhof in ein Schwimmbad umgewandelt, das man genießen kann und viele Spazier-, Jogging-, Wander- und Mountainbikewege können genutzt werden. Auf der Farm werden Schafe und Rinder gezüchtet, ebenso wie ein Wild (Kudu, Springbock, Blesbok und verschiedene kleinere Antilopen).
Die Familie Herholdt hat das Geschäft 1989 gegründet (und betreibt es noch heute) und schliesst nun 26 Jahre später 14 000 Gäste pro Jahr.
