Accommodating up to eight guests, the property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath and toilet. Both the second and third bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms, each with a shower-over-bath and toilet.

The fourth bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom equipped with a shower, bath, and toilet. A charming loft area, accessible via interior stairs, includes a double bed and a fireplace, providing a cozy extra sleeping space.

The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, and crockery. A coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher are also provided, along with a functional kitchen island with stools.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an eight-seater dining table and a lounge area with plush seating and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Entertainment options include a TV with DStv, Netflix, and Showmax, as well as Wi-Fi. The covered front patio offers a delightful dining area with scenic views of the mountains and garden.

Leading from the living area is a covered balcony with outdoor furniture that overlooks the river and a sparkling swimming pool. Outdoor amenities include a Weber braai and a gas braai. The property is thoughtfully equipped with an inverter and battery to power essential lights, and it provides three carports for your vehicles.
