Ocean View Villa

Exclusive Use Holiday Home (Unit 1 and 2) (x1)
The Villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms contain King-size beds, one is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the other is furnished with a double bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin except for two which are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Each bedroom has a fan and linen / bath towels are provided. Blankets and hot water bottles are supplied for those chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The living area contains an HD TV with a selection of DStv / satellite channels. The living area opens to a deck with outdoor furniture, braai facilities, and a swimming pool. The deck has views towards the Pezula clubhouse and the Outeniqua mountains.There is a washing machine and an outside clothes line. A domestic service can be arranged on request at an additional fee.

Unit 1 (x1)
This is the larger of the two units consisting of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. the first room is furnished with a King-size bed, the second is furnished with a Queen-size bed ad the third is furnished with a double bed. Two of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and basin and the other is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Blankets and hot water bottles are provided for those winter evenings. There is an open plan lounge kitchen and dining area which opens up to a covered veranda with a wooden deck, swimming pool and garden with views towards the Pezula club house and the Outeniqua mountains. The deck has braai facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and an outside clothes line. The living area has a TV with DStv / satellite channels.

Unit 2 (x1)
This Unit adjoins the main house but is private and has a separate entrance. The unit has two bedrooms which are furnished with King-size beds which can be configured as twin beds. The first bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and basin. The main room has built in wardrobes and a sliding door to a large decking area. The second bedrooms en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and an outside clothes line. The living area has a TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. Large sliding doors lead to the entertainment area with more incredible views and another on to a courtyard. This unit does not have access to the swimming pool if booked on its own.
