The newly renovated Lawns is a Three-Bedroom Holiday Home with beautiful mountain and lagoon views. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, two patios, upper deck, fireplace, outdoor BBQ. Sleeping nine, this spacious house is perfect for families, featuring a double volume living / dining area with glass doors that open onto two large porches, one with mountain and lagoon views and one looking into a milkwood grove. An upper deck leads off the loft with panoramic mountain and lagoon views. Built of limestone from Mosaic, the interior has beautiful natural finishes, stone Mosaics and granite counters in the open kitchen. Bedroom 1: King bed, bathtub, out door shower, glass doors open onto porch. Bedroom 2: Twin beds, shower (wheel chair accessible), glass doors open onto porch. Loft: four twin beds, glass doors open onto upper deck, separate bath with shower on the 1st level. Amenities: cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, luxury bedding, pure linen and cotton towels, Rain bath amenities, under floor heating, wood burning stove, outdoor BBQ and firewood.

Port is made up of three bedrooms, 2 main en-suite with lagoon views on each side of the living areas, and a 3rd smaller twin bedroom with separate bathroom. The house is ideally suited to a family, or friends if you don't mind a coin toss to see who gets the master suite. The snug can accommodate 2 additional children under 13 years, on sofa beds. An open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with vaulted ceiling adds to the airy and spacious charm that flows seamlessly out to the lawn, fynbos and lagoon beyond. A wood burning fireplace completes the atmosphere for the chillier nights in winter.
